The man who quotes it is the man who paints it
Michael owns the business and does the work. He comes out and looks at the job, he writes the estimate, and then he is the one holding the brush and the spray gun. Nobody is handed off and no subcontractor turns up in his place, so nothing gets lost between the price you agreed and the work that shows up at your door. Most of a good paint job happens before the paint
Nobody photographs the prep, and the prep is what you are really paying for. Filling cracks and nail holes. Sanding the shiny spots flat so the next coat has something to grab. Washing grease and dust off. Taping, masking and priming anything raw or patched. Skip that and the paint looks fine for a month, then peels at the edges and shows every mark underneath it. Prep is the first half of every interior painting job we take on.
Cabinets and floors need a sprayed finish
A brush is the right tool for a wall and the wrong tool for a kitchen. Cabinet doors get opened and wiped every day, so they need a hard, even coat with no brush marks in it. That means degreasing, sanding, sealing and then spraying. Floor coatings are finish work too: the concrete gets ground back to clean, sound material first, then the coats go on in order. We treat cabinet painting as finish work rather than wall work, because that is what it is.
Work that is built for desert conditions
Summer here runs past 110 degrees, the sun is hard on everything, and the air is dry enough that a coat can set faster than you want it to. Day to night swings move the surface, blowing sand and dust settle on anything still wet, and a closed garage gets far hotter than the yard does. So we work to the weather: the right product, the right time of day, and honest drying time between coats. That matters most on a garage floor coating, where heat decides how the coats cure.

We work out of 77930 Lago Dr in La Quinta, so the rest of the Coachella Valley is a short drive.
